YWAM Nordland exists because all people deserve to encounter Jesus.
We want to go to the people on distant coastlands, small islands and remote villages. We want to facilitate for life-changing encounters with Jesus because we dream of people who love Him and praise Him. We believe in a generation that chooses Jesus radically - young people who say YES to GO with the gospel to the ends of the earth, to those who haven’t heard before. We will train, equip and send them into ministry - from Norway to all nations.
Our Location
Røsvik is a little village between two beautiful national parks, a few hours from the famous Lofoten islands. We are located above the Arctic Circle, which means 24/7 midnight sun in the summer and Northern Lights in the winter! The county of Nordland is well known for its natural scenery with steep mountains climbing straight from the ocean.
Our Staff
Our staff team is international, and come from many countries around the world: Norway, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, France, USA, and Canada.
