Expectations for full-time staff
All of our positions are non-paid member positions. To join YWAM full-time anywhere in the world, you need to have your own financial backing. Similar to the Levites in the Old Testament, all of our staff raise support and depend on God’s provision and the generosity of their supporters to cover their expenses.
If you are interested in serving for a shorter period of time please apply as a “Mission Builder” (see details below).
Join us short term as a mission builder (MBI)
You can work at YWAM Nordland as a Mission Builder (MBI) up to 3 months. We have Mission Building positions available in several departments and programs. Our desire is that you are in a working environment that suits your abilities and wishes while simultaneously helping us meet our current needs.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside our staff members and develop meaningful relationships, gaining insight into full-time service.
